ProSure Group, Inc., was organized in 1993 by David B. Shick and is headquartered in Tampa, Florida. We are now one of the leading surety agencies in the Southeastern U.S., representing some of the largest and most respected insurers in the world.

Our initial growth came primarily through serving the bond needs of the construction industry, and we continue to issue hundreds of millions of dollars in construction bonds annually. Over the years we have expanded to provide other lines of bonds and fidelity insurance. Hundreds of financial institutions, auto dealers, agricultural product dealers, law firms, insurance agencies and medical care providers depend on ProSure to bridge their bond needs to respectable, reliable providers.

Throughout this growth we have upheld – and refined – a simple but powerful formula: to provide knowledgeable, understanding and creative surety services through an excellent and educated team of professionals while using state-of-the-art technology.

As we move forward, we will continue to refine our efforts, maintaining acuity for the surety bond industry while providing our clients with insight and understanding that can help their businesses survive, stabilize and grow.
